Q: What happens during a first office visit?
A: At the beginning of your visit (or before it), I will ask you detailed questions regarding your medical concerns, health, history, lifestyle, and goals.

Q: How should I prepare for my appointment?
A. Please return all intake paperwork either through email or snail mail. If for some reason that isn't possible, you are welcome to bring them with you to your first appointment. What to wear? Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Q: How long is my first consultation session?
A: The session length will vary with your condition. On average, the first consultation is between 60-90 minutes. The follow-up visits are 20-45 minutes.

Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: The number of sessions will vary between individuals and conditions. Together we will review and plan an approach. I will be available to you for as many sessions as you would like.

Q: Will my health insurance cover my appointments?
A: Unfortunately, Wisconsin insurance companies do not include Complimentary and/or Holistic Practices. However, I absolutely encourage you to share all of your visit summaries with your primary care physician. If you choose, I can forward any notes to them for you.

Q: How will I be able to contact you?
A: In-person, virtually, and by phone.

Q: How should I pay for my services?
A: Once you book your appointment, I will send you a payment request to hold your appointment date and time. Once, the payment deposit of $25 is confirmed, you are all set. I accept, Venmo, Facebook, and Paypal at this time.
