Back Hot/Cold Pack (12″x24″)

The scents of Lavender and mint will relax and refresh you after a long day.

• For a cold compress place the herbal pack in a sealed plastic bag and place in the freezer.
• For a warm compress place the herbal pack in the microwave for 1 – 4 minutes.

• Microwaves may vary. Adjust time accordingly. Start with the lower cook time and check every 30 seconds to 1 minute until warm.
